Solving grammar and page organizing problems

Now a new thing is coming, to solve grammar problems, new editors that never edited on Wikipedia will have to take the test and harder to login in order to solve spelling and page organizing problems. And the e-form will make all Wikipedia users to login in every Wikimedia programs and not just one programs. Those who make spelling errors will have to wait one month until their spelling and page organizing is improved and there may be a special tests. This will make every articles excellent and editors to be more smarter and more careful on writing and editing articles. Second, the Edit this page section will only be displayed when logged in. Wouldn't that stop Wikipedia from being an encyclopedia anyone can edit? 24.62.234.209 (Someone the Person) 20:58, 1 December 2007 (UTC)

The weather in London

On Wikipedia, people are not allowed to create an article with the title The weather in London because of this page's need for a red link there. Can somebody suggest a page that doesn't exist yet that someone obviously would not be creating to add encyclopedic content to Wikipedia, and yet would still be a good example? 24.62.234.209 20:53, 1 December 2007 (UTC)

I think it is a good example, because it's not a good title anyway; Climate of London would be better if an actual article on the subject is wanted. Superm401 | Talk 07:48, 25 March 2008 (UTC)

What is this function called?

When you do this: {{{#}}} #=3 or something in templates? PatPeter 04:24, 16 December 2007 (UTC)

That is a template parameter.--Patrick (talk) 10:03, 16 December 2007 (UTC)
