Tell us about how you contribute currently, and how you would contribute if WMF were to gift a used laptop to you.

• I am a volunteer Wikimedia contributor since late 2016, currently serving as an administrator on a few projects and as a global sysop. I use my old desktop computer since around 2012. Daily power outages of up to 24 hours in Venezuela damage my computer quite often (electric grid failed over 80,000 times in 2019, 150,000 in 2020, and 190,000 in 2021). Data loss caused by them usually deletes content not yet published stored on the hard disk. My average salary (reduced to barely ~$2 a month) does not cover basic needs, so I could not buy a new machine or repair it again. Laptops have batteries. Having one would improve and benefit my work, helping me to keep the content and save my tasks.
