Tell us about how you contribute currently, and how you would contribute if WMF were to gift a used laptop to you.

I create and edit articles on Wikipedia using an old laptop which does not have a strong battery so I sometimes can not edit when there is lights out and I can not also edit when it is not on charge. I recently undertook a project on Wiki Cite where we partnered with George Padmore Library in Ghana to teach new and experienced Wikimedia volunteers how to use offline citations on Wiki Data. So, if this laptop is given to me I think it would help to train new volunteers in subsequent projects.
