The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:
- Amount for prizes should not exceed 45,000 NGN and proof of this expense MUST be included in your report with photographs
- Consolation prizes should be removed as it would not be funded
- The cost of projector rental should be reduced to 20,000 NGN max
- Cost for feeding should be reduced to 2,500 NGN
- Data reimbursement of 1,500 NGN max per participant will be provided. This should cover all activities for volunteers
- The cost for hall should not be more than 40,000 NGN
- PLEASE NOTE THAT A RECEIPT OF THE HALL PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED AS PART OF YOUR REPORT
