The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:

• We suggest you make this a one day physical event and continue communication and assistance on your said social media platform
• Reduce participants to 20
• Writing materials should be removed. Volunteers should be encouraged to come along with writing materials
• T-shirts for facilitators are not necessary and should be removed
• Proof of prize expense MUST be included in your report with photographs
• YOUR CO-FACILITATOR MUST ENDORSE THIS PROJECT TO STATE THEIR AVAILABILITY AND INVOLVEMENT
• PLEASE NOTE THAT A RECEIPT OF THE HALL PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED AS PART OF YOUR REPORT
