Thank you for your submission, Etkhor. After thoughtfully reviewing your request, the committee has decided not to fund it based on the following decision-making criteria, which are explained on the Travel and Participation Support page:

1. Contribution record: It appears that you have not made significant contributions to Wikimedia projects. This program is designed to support active contributors to Wikimedia projects, and so considering an applicant's contribution record is an important part of evaluating each request.
2. Potential outcomes and impact: Although your work in promoting the use of wikis with ODL is commendable, your participation at the AAOU2014 will not likely impact the Wikimedia movement and its projects, since Moodle-wiki is not a Wikimedia project.
