Dear Concord, thank you very much for your grant request and all your valuable contributions to Wikipedia! The Participation Committee gladly approves your request with the condition that your talk is "being accepted" as part of the program at WikiCon 2015 in Dresden. From what we understand, proposals for talks at the WikiCon 2015 can be handed in until July 27 and afterwards the community evaluates these proposals. Therefore let's stay in touch!
