Thank you for your submission, Ckoerner. In reviewing your request and before making a decision, the committee would like your confirmation that your talk has been formally accepted at the conference. If not yet, do you know when you might receive the news? We did not immediately see either a program schedule or a schedule of when decisions might be made by for talk submissions on the event website. -- Best wishes, Jtud (WMF) (talk) 17:21, 5 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

User:Jtud (WMF), my talk has been submitted to the SMWCon site and I've reached out to the organizers asking when they'll have a finalized list of accepted talks. I'll respond here once I have more information. If past experiences at SMWCon are any indication the schedule is usually accommodating for all proposed talks. Not a guarantee, just my observations. I apologize for not having this submitted earlier. Ckoerner (talk) 17:19, 6 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
Yesterday the SMWCon Fall 2015 organization committee talked about this submission and thus I can now officially confirm that Chris' proposed talk has now officially been accepted. The preparation and documentation will be done on the respective page at smw.o. We are very happy about this proposal and indeed look forward to having Chris as a contributor at the conference! --Karsten Hoffmeyer (Co Program Chair of SMWCon Fall 2015) 09:04, 12 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
