Hello Leooney, thank you for submitting this Rapid Grant proposal. We have reviewed your proposal and have the following follow up questions and comments:

  1. If there is on-wiki event page, please update link on the grant proposal page.
  2. Please update the on-wiki or mailing list announcement link used to notify the community members on the proposal.
  3. Can you push back the grant start date by 30 November so we have more time to process your grant.
  4. The document to Article lists and the Risk Asssessment Tool are not accessible. Please open the access so we can view the document.
  5. Internet costs is quite high (5000 GHS~850 USD). Usage needs to be limited to the event itself. Please reduce the cost of internet, covering the event expense only.

Please let us know, once you make the required changes, so we can move forward with your grant request. Best regards. RSharma (WMF) (talk) 13:48, 25 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello Leooney, thank you for making the requested changes. Can you explain how you have calculated the figure of GHS 2000 for internet - what is the internet cost of data per head for one day. Can you also share which city and venue you plan to organize this event. Additionally, the contingency request proposed in the budegt is about one-third of the total budget, and is far too high. Kindly reduce and update the contigency upto GHS 500 in the proposed budget. Looking forward to your responses. RSharma (WMF) (talk) 13:15, 29 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
Hello RSharma (WMF)The event would be organized in Takoradi [We are in the western region], the venue to host in-person event is the SSNIT House, In my region the cost of internet is very high and we want to have good internet speed. So the amount data for a month is GHC950 [I am not calculating per head but looking at it on monthly bases] for a month and from the look things the event would go as far as 2 months. The budget for the contingency has been reduced as requested. Thanks, Leooney (talk) 12:45, 30 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
