I am User: T Cells from the Wikipedia Pages Wanting Photos International Team. We are glad to have your team joining the campaign this year. Please review the organizer's guide and Best practices in organizing WPWP Campaign in your community. Please note that rapid grants only fund project cost between $500 to $2,000. The 2020 evaluation report suggests that the average national campaign cost $834.77 USD to implement. This cost covers, prizes, internet and communication. However, national organizers could spend more than $834.77 if significant offline activities are involved. Training for new editors is mandatory and you may need internet support and zoom hosting services (or something similar) for that. You may want to review your budget to comply with the rapid grant funding requirements ($500 - $2,000). Proposals with cost less than $500 may not be eligible for rapid grant funding support. • Are you planning to engage any new participants. If yes, how many? How are you going to train them?
• Are there any other ways you plan to reach out to potential participants?
• You mentioned that you've notified your community in the village pump. Could you please provide a link to your notification? Additionally, have you discussed this project with the Telugu Wikimedia community before applying?
• Please respond to question #6 regarding the COVID-19 Risk Assessment.
• Could you please confirm that you won't offer cash prizes?

Yes. 5 to 10. I will give them training through telephonic coversation, through mail, through whatsapp or through facebook messenger.

I will reach the participants through email and other social media

I did not get the chance to discuss with community regarding this project before applying rapid grant.

Actually I would like to offer cash prizes (15000, 10000 and 5000 INR) only. If cash prizes are not allowed I can give them gadgets/appliances of equivalent worth.
