Hello Ebenezer Mlay, thanks for submitting this Rapid Grant request. It is cool to learn that you plan to run an Art+Feminism event in Arusha. After reviewing this proposal, I have a couple of questions and comments for you:

• You mentioned that you would have other experienced editors supporting you during the event. Could you provide their usernames?
• In the budget, you have two distinct expenses for food and snacks. How long will a workshop last? Are you planning to offer food twice?
• We now require all grantees to announce their projects and receive the community feedback in advance. Could you please announce this project and grant on the relevant community pages on the target wikis? Community notification may be most appropriate on a village pump, talk page, or mailing list. Please paste a link into the proposal page to where the relevant communities have been notified of this proposal, and to any other relevant community discussions.

Hello DSaroyan (WMF), thanks for reviewing the Rapid grant request. I am happy to provide feedback to your questions and comments as below:

• I have mentioned the experienced editors supporting me during the event.
• The workshop lasts for almost seven hours, it starts from 0800 hours to 1530 hours. The participants will have tea and snacks in the morning and food in the afternoon
• I will announce the project on the targeted wikis.
