Hello Elns, thank you for your patience as we worked through your grant request. Part of the delay has been because our team is discussing project management fees and setting policies around that. At the moment I am asking all grantees to remove project management fees from their request until we clarify our position and create policies.

  • Would you be willing to do the same on your grant request which would reduce your grant from $2000 to $800? If so we can move forward with next steps.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding. Best regards, WJifar (WMF) (talk) 20:52, 15 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hello WJifar (WMF), thank you for your feedback. As well I understand your internal discussion on project management fees, it is important to mention that any project can't be done without human resources availability. Our organisation is a small rural association and for each project we mobilise external resources living in urban town to assist us. This human resources cannot accept to work wthout fees. So it is sure that the results cannot be at the same level if we cancel these fees. I reduce the requested fund to 1,000 USD by transferring human resources fees as Agripo contribution. However, this situation will limit our capacity to take in charge others costs. At the moment I am asking all grantees to remove project management fees from their request until we clarify our position and create policies.
