Hello Tofeiku and PeaceSearcher, thank you for your work on this grant request. We appreciate your interest in promoting inclusion of indigenous knowledge systems in Wikimedia projects. We have reviewed your proposal and have the following follow up questions and comments:

• We understand that the competition will start on 1 July, but I have to request to push back your grant end date - July 31 - by roughly one month to allow time for report work and other activities, such as the Jury work needed to complete the project . Could you please update the end date on the proposal page?

• Can you confirm that you are organizing this project on the behalf of Wikimedia Community User Group Malaysia user group? Are you an incorporated organization able to provide local proof of nonprofit status within your country?

• If you are requesting this grant on behalf of an organization, please include its details in the probox (name, additional contact, and website). Otherwise, please specify the grant type in the probox (“individual” or “group”) and remove “yes” from the “nonprofit” field.

• Could you also please confirm that no offline (in-person) meetings and events will be organized in terms of this grant?

• Can you indicate in the Impact section about the number of Wiktionary items added or improved within this edit-a-thon in the Malay Wiktionary?

@RSharma (WMF): Thank you for reviewing this proposal.

• I have updated the end date and push it to 31st August 2020 as per request.

• I am one of the committee in Wikimedia Community User Group Malaysia (WCUGMY) and they are aware of the event that I am trying to make. The user group has been registered in the local government as a non-profit organisation. We have the registration letter that can provide proof of the user group's nonprofit status.

• I have added the additional contact by adding our president's email as we are requesting this grant on behalf of WCUGMY.

• I have updated the proposal by indicating it specifically that there will be no offline meetings and events whatsoever for the editathon.

• I have updated the impact section in greater detail.
