Hello Rkushnick, thank you for submitting this grant proposal. We’re excited to see that you’re joining the Art and Feminism campaign with organizing an edit-a-thon at the Jewish Museum. I have the following comments and questions regarding your proposal.

  • We appreciate that you evaluated the outcomes of your previous events, in terms of participation, outreach, and impact, and incorporated your learnings in the current request to make the upcoming edit-a-thon more efficient.
  • From your “Miscellaneous supplies, printing costs, photographer” expenses I understood that you would be hiring a photographer for the event. Please note that Rapid Grant funds may not currently be used as compensation for people’s time, so please reduce the expense of photographer and readjust your budget.

Hi User: DSaroyan (WMF) please see the updated budget, we are going to use funds to advertise the event instead of hiring a photographer.

  • You mentioned that your staff member Carlos Acevedo will be leading the event. Could you please provide this person’s username on Wikimedia projects?

Carlos' username is infocarlos.

Thank you again for your contributions to Wikimedia Movement. Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 06:45, 16 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
