Proposal for remaining funds

Hi Davit,

With the remaining funds, we would like to spend on making several types of souvenirs for unscheduled activities which we do so often. In most cases, we do not request grants for such activities, but we would like to have something in our hand to send to the especially enthusiastic participants to appreciate and encourage them more. The budget breakdown for such souvenirs is following.

Thank you for accepting the report. As instructed above, I'm submitting this short report on the expenses of the remaining funds. The articles have changed a bit due to price adjustment and suggestion of the merchant. The breakdown is follows.
