Hello ola.mahadi, thanks for submitting this Rapid Grant request to run the SheSaid campaign in Sudan! I have reviewed your application and have the following requests:

• Could you please set a specific end date for your project?

• Is this grant requested on behalf of Sudan Community User Group? If yes, could you please add its name and a secondary contact to the probox?

This is individually requested grant As part of the wiki loves women focus group participant i nred to impkement training session.

• Could you please respond to question #8 about in-person activities?

I did fill the form and posted a link in the application.

• Please add the requested total amount in your local currency to the probox.

• We now require all grantees to announce their projects and receive the Wikimedia community feedback in advance. Could you please announce this project and grant on the relevant Sudanese community pages on the target wikis? Community notification may be most appropriate on a village pump, talk page, or mailing list. Please paste a link into the proposal page to where the relevant communities have been notified of this proposal, and to any other relevant community discussions.

Updates on grant budget

Dear David DSaroyan (WMF) Please advice on the matter as i just noticed i didnt have bugdet item for the photography and journalist writing the interviews. The project is producing this secondry source of information so we can use it for articles and qouts. Iam suggesting to reduce tge edit sessions total cost of 420 to one session and utilize the budget to cover cost of the photographers 2 person = 200$ for 20 individual and the journalist 2 person = 200$ for 10 interviews. Updates on project Implementation

Due to the situation in my Country Sudan and the Military part of the Transitional government taking over the government on the 25th October 2021 declaring the emergency status and the internet being cut all over the country the project is on hold till feather update. communication was made with the Foundation In cooperation with Wiki Loves Africa Team. iam sorry this took me long time to process but we have been disconnected from my collogue in Sudan due to different situation and the war made it difficult to try to end any ongoing activity.
