• Please complete the Risk assessment form (Step 3) because you will have more than 10 participants in the in-person gathering.
• Provide a more detailed breakdown of the requested budget, specifying the unit prices and number of units.
• Do you have any previous experience of running similar events in your community? Please share this experience with us.

Hi DSaroyan (WMF) thanks for reviewing my Grant, here are the answers of your questions.

• I have completed the Risk Assessment tool and already sheared the link in the grant Application.
• I have provided the details of budgets.
• Yes I have participated and co-organized in previous Hausa Wikipedia event, Wikipedia Awareness in Kano Metropolis. I also attended Wikipedia 20 in Kaduna. I have participated in many of Wikimedia events.

Hi M Bash Ne, thanks for your response. I don't understand why you have increased the requested amount without providing any updates. I have reviewed your proposed budget and have the following requests:

• Hall - please reduce it to 200 USD maximum.
• Birthday Cake - please revert it back to its initial amount (75 USD)
• Wikipedia 20 T shirts - please reduce the number of T-shirt by half.
• After making these requests, please update the requested amounts in the probox.
