Hello adzac, thanks again for this submission. We are glad that you plan to organize a series of Art+Feminism events at the Kerala Museum. I have reviewed your application and have the following questions and requests:
- You mentioned that you would have experienced Wikimedians supporting your event. Could you please add their usernames to the proposal page? RANJITH AND OTHERS FROM WIKIMEDIANS KERALA USER GROUP
- Do you have a list of articles with the articles that you would like to edit during the events? WE ARE WORKING ON THIS ALONG WITH OUR PARTNER ORGANISATIONS
- Could you please confirm that “Laptops 3 x 4 events” expense refers to the Laptop rental? YES
- What is going to be the target language(s) for your event? IN THE PAST WE HAVE EDITED BOTH ENGLISH AND MALAYALAM ARTICLES
- We now require all grantees to announce their projects and receive the Wikimedia community feedback in advance. Could you please announce this project and grant on the relevant community pages on the target wikis? Community notification may be most appropriate on a village pump, talk page, or mailing list. Please paste a link into the proposal page to where the relevant communities have been notified of this proposal, and to any other relevant community discussions. I HAVE ALREADY CREATED THE CAMPAIGN PAGE ON A+F and WIKIMEDIANS OF KERALA WILL BE POSTING ON THE COMMUNITY PAGES.

Extension on Grant Report Submission edit
Hello Davit, As per our Grant application, the Grant period ended on 30th April and the Grant Report is due on 30th May.
Due to the Covid lockdown, I was not able to access the office and details of the expenses for the events until the 27th of May. I finally took a special pass for travel to the office and have listed the expenses and the draft report is ready I but have not been able to submit the final Grant Report. Please give us an extension on the submission of our report until the 5th of June 2021.
