Greetings @DSaroyan (WMF):. Thank you for the approval granted. It's indeed encouraging. Answering the questions,

• We need a sound system because due to social distancing protocols, the seats would not be allowed to be close to one another and people with hearing challenges might need to hear audibly when being instructed on the steps to follow by a person with a softer voice, hence, the need for a sound system.

Proposed events day change

Greetings Rapid Grant admins.

I wish to inform you of a change in the date of the events we planned to execute beginning from this Saturday 9 October 2021. We deem it fit to move the events by a week further, holding them on 16/17 October and 23/24 October 2021, respectively, instead of 9/10 October and 16/17 October 2021, respectively. This change was necessitated by the late reception of grant funds and the need for adequate preparation before the events. Thank you for your kind considerations.

Hi Kambai Akau, thanks for submitting this extension request. I'm offering you additional time until 30 October 2021 to facilitate date updates.
