Hello Kahoutoure, thanks for submitting this Rapid Grant request. I have reviewed it and have the following questions:

  • Since you are running in-person events, you will need to complete the steps outlined on the Risk Assessment protocol related to COVID-19. When you have completed these steps, please provide a link to your completed copy of the risk assessment tool on the proposal page (question #7).
Hello DSaroyan (WMF),yes I have completed the risk assessment tool related to Covid-19 and provided a link of my completed copy on the proposal page (question 7).
  • Do you have any prepared list of articles which you are going to use throughout the editathons?
yes, this is in courses.
  • Are you planning to use the Outreach Dashboard to track the participants' contributions?
yes.
  • You are requesting funds to print some materials. Could you please provide more information about what kind of materials you plan to print?
Presentation sheets and explanatory sheets of the project to be given to participants during the two sessions; attendance sheets for participants; recognition sheets for participants' transport costs.
  • What other costs are being covered by “Project coordination costs”? Could you please list all expenses?
Coverage of agent coordination costs for better organization of activities:

A. 150,000 XOF assigned to the project manager (me) for travel expenses, telephone calls during the realization of the project.
