Hello johnjoy12, thanks again for submitting this Rapid Fund application. It’s great to hear that you will run a series of photowalks to document educational institutions of Lagos and Oyo State. I have a few questions and recommendations after reviewing your proposal.

• Given the project scope, I recommend that you limit the number of photowalk participants to 3-4. Please update the requested budget accordingly.
• I understand that this may make it difficult to engage more experienced editors. That's why my next recommendation is to engage different editors in each photowalk, instead of going to these photowalks with the same 3-4 editors. Please confirm that you will try to involve different community members in each photowalk.
• Please reduce the Miscellaneous expenses to 50 USD.
• From my experience, you may need special permission to enter or even photograph different educational institutions. Do you need permission to enter these institutions? If you need permission, how will you get it?
• Your plan is to upload 250 images from 8 institutions which is ~30 images for each of them. What other objects aside from the main buildings will you photograph?
• Please confirm that you will make sure that categories, descriptions, structured data, and other details of the images will be completed properly.

• I have limited the number of Participants to 4.
• Will look into having different editors at each photowalks, for institutions with Wikipedia Club, I'll reach out to communities members as recommended. However, Kindly note that this will increase the umber of Tshirts for participants. 3 new editors at each photowalk will increase the number of tshirts to 24, in lieu of that I will be considering re-using some of the editors at other institutions. Tshirts number is increased to 16, 1 for myself and 15 for other editors.
• Miscellaneous reduced to $50.
• Yes, authorities of the institutions will be approached. I planned having a letter of approval from the Wikimedia Nigeria Usergroup, which I shall tender at the institutions. The branded tshirts we serves the purpose of identification.
• Thank you for bringing this to my notice, having 30 photos each for an institution will be an herculean task and so many repetitions. Number of photos to be uploaded will be reduced to 150. Other photos aside the architecture, monuments, main entrances and libraries will include, structures of faculties and departments.
• I confirm that I will make sure that categories, descriptions, structured data, and other details of the images will be completed properly on commons.
