Hi, DSaroyan (WMF), thank you for reading my proposal and returning with your questions. We are excited to run the contest again, especially as we will have new categories this year! Answering your questions:

• We notified the Brazilian Wikimedia community about the organization of the contest and this proposal
• And yes, the Wiki Movement Brazil User Group was informed of the contest and promptly offered to publish our material on its pages.
