Hi Godstime Elijah, thanks for submitting your final grant report. I have reviewed it and have a few questions:

• Could you share some photos from your events? How did you use the camera? Did you upload all images to Wikimedia Commons?
• You had an expense item in your initial budget for "Internet support for team members during training and post training for report writing". Did you offer post training internet support to participants?
• Please confirm that you retain all expense documents from your events as required by the grant agreement.
• How are you following up with participants? How many of them still edit on Wikimedia projects? Do you track their engagement after this event?
• In general, what impact do similar events bring to your community aside from content contributions?
• How did these events help to promote Wikipedia in your community?

Hello DSaroyan

• For starters the camera was used to take pictures on the day of the event and it has been uploaded to Wikimedia Commons and some of them include the following below.

• On the next question we didn't offer post training support for participants
• All expense documents have been retained.
• During registration for the event a Whatsapp group was created for the participants in order to offer support for those who have questions and this group is still being maintained though after the event their contributions is no longer tracked after the event.
• Aside from contributions similar events will help reach people who do not know what the Wikimedia projects are all about.
• As a result of this campaign we have been able to extend our reach beyond the walls of the educational institutions to other people who are not in the system.

• For your future projects, please think about how you can follow up with event participants aside from including them in a WhatsApp group. I know that ensuring user retention may be challenging but I kindly ask to find ways to track and support user retention.
• For the event photos, please ensure proper categorization of event photos for reporting purposes.
