Hi, User:GastelEtzwane, thank you for submitting this final report and for your hard work in the SnailMail Kiwix project. It’s great to hear that despite several challenges you achieved all you initial goals. I have a few comments regarding the report:
- There is no need to refund nor allocate the amount with missing receipts. Since the rest of sent expense documentation is correct and consistent, we understand and accept the reason those receipts are missing.
- In the grant proposal you mentioned that you had planned two workshops in 2017. Have you had sufficient number of interested people and have you organized these workshops?
- Have you finalized the survey showcasing the usage of Kiwix in different communities that you visited in the past? Would you please share with us the major points of it?
