Due to many tips we have received from the wikipedia community, we have made multiple changes to our initial order. Firstly, we have changed the dates of the project to your request and secondly, we have tried to find a good compromise between achieving a reasonable budget, a good website, with a web hosting in Switzerland, where of course the costs are very high. We remain at your disposal for any questions.

Delay - grant not received by September the 16th

Hi dear rapid grant team:

Fallowing an e-mail conversation with Morgan WMF, I am posting here a request for extending the due-date for having the website done because of the reason here: yesterday, on September the 16th, the grant amount was not yet arrived in the account bank dedicated to Noircir Wikipedia's projects on Wikimedia. The girl that is designing the website have been working a lot but she is limited with the WordPress free account of Noircir Wikipedia.
