Hi Dagbani Wikimedians, thank you for submitting this Rapid Grant request. I have reviewed it and have the following requests:

• The Risk Assessment Tool document is not accessible to us. Could you please change the sharing options, so that everyone can review it through the link?
• Given the scope of the project, we think the prize amount is high. Please lower this expense to 1,200 GHS.
• How many wikisouvenirs and certificates do you plan to offer? How many will you give to jury members and other participants?

Hi @DSaroyan (WMF):, Please find below responses to your questions,

• As requested, The Risk Assessment Tool document is now accessible to all
• We have lowered the prize amount and updated the budget tables
• We will provide a total of 25 T-shirts to participants, 20 for non-jury participants and 5 for the jury, We will also provide certificates to participants at a low cost.

Hi Dhee jah, thanks for your response. I have to request to lower the number of T-shirts too. You can offer T-shirts to event leaders, jury members, and contributors with outstanding contributions.
