I am Biplab Anand from Nepal. I mostly contribute to Nepali and Maithili Wikipedia. I have a few comments regarding your Grant application.

• In which language you are focusing to produce the video?
• How would you measure the target audience and its impacts on the Wikimedia projects? What mechanism you'll use?
• Your global contribution in Wikimedia projects is around 260 up to today. You stated in your grant application that you have a skilled team, may I know who are they?
• You also said that you are experimenting with this project and you are not involved in any Wikimedia projects in past, did you discuss this project with the community online or offline? If yes, please share the relevant discussion link?
