Hello Cmwaura, thanks for submitting this Rapid Grant request. It’s amazing that you plan to run the SheSaid campaign in Kenya! I have a few requests after reviewing your grant application:

• Could you please set a specific end date for your project? 1st August - 31st December
• Please add the total requested amount in KES to the probox. KSH 158,760

• We now require all grantees to announce their projects and receive the Wikimedia community feedback in advance. Could you please announce this project and grant on the relevant Sudanese community pages on the target wikis? Community notification may be most appropriate on a village pump, talk page, or mailing list. Please paste a link into the proposal page to where the relevant communities have been notified of this proposal, and to any other relevant community discussions. Do I do an announcement on the Sudanese Community Page yet I am in The Kenya Community? I have posted this https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Africa in my Telegram Group

Budget:

• We think that the contingency expenses are high. Kindly reduce them to 50 USD. This is done.
• Please provide a more detailed breakdown for “Four (4) sessions (snacks, travel)” and “Venue” expenses.
• Snacks $2, Breakfast $3, Lunch $5, Travel $5 Per person= 15* 10p*4 sessions = $600
• Venue 4sessions * 87.5per day =$350.
