Hello Mrbobax, thanks again for submitting this Rapid Grant request. We are glad to learn that you are planning to run the Wiki Loves Africa contest in Rwanda for the second year. I reviewed this proposal and have the following questions and comments:

• We now require all projects to be announced on Wikimedia projects in advance, so that the community is notified about the planned activities. Could you please announce this project on your relevant community pages of Meta, Wikipedia or other Wikimedia Projects? After you notify the community, please add the page link(s) into the proposal page.
• How many jury members will you have for the contest? Could you please add their usernames into the proposal?
• Budget:
  • Promotion campaigns - reduce the costs to 100 USD.
  • Winners Prizes + Best images user on Wikimedia project(s) gift - reduce the total amount to 350 USD.
  • Judges gifts - reduce this expense to 100 USD. These are the maximum amounts we allow for this campaign.
  • Please update the total requested budget after you make these changes.
