Hi Bijay chaurasia, thanks again for submitting this grant request. I reviewed it and have a few questions and requests:

  • We now require all grantees to announce their projects and receive the community feedback in advance. Could you please announce this project and grant on the relevant community pages on the target wiki(s)? Community notification may be most appropriate on a village pump, talk page, or mailing list. Please paste a link into the proposal page to where the relevant communities have been notified of this proposal, and to any other relevant community discussions.
  • Do you hold any leadership positions in any Wikimedia affiliate? Is this grant requested on behalf of any Wikimedia affiliate?
  • Have you already reached out to any educational institution in Kathmandu? Did any of them express interest in participating in the proposed events or confirm their participation?

Budget:

  • How many gifts do you plan to offer to guests and teachers? Please add this number to the detailed budget table.
  • Please provide more details about the “Transportation” expense.
  • What will “Miscellaneous Expenses” cover?
  • Internet Connectivity and Communication - please provide the number of units and unit price.

Looking forward to your response. Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 09:30, 20 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
