editHello BamLifa, thank you for submitting this Rapid Grant proposal. We are please to see Kisangani community celebrating 20th Wikipedia anniversary. We have reviewed your proposal and have the following follow up questions and comments:
- The budget proposed in the proposal is above the limit of the Rapid Grants program, which is budgeted for projects from $500-$2000. Kindly propose the new budget under $2000 limit and update it in proposal under resources section and in the probox.
- Please update the on-wiki or mailing list announcement link used to notify the community members on the proposal.
- As per the guidelines for conducting in-person events, you will need to complete the steps outlined on the Risk Assessment protocol related to COVID-19. When you have completed these steps, please provide a link to your completed copy of the risk assessment tool on the proposal page.

- Hello BamLifa, thank you for providing the new budget and updating the same in the Probox. You have requested water, refreshments, camera rental for all three events within the WP20 conference. Are you expecting different audience for all three events. Can you provide more clarification regarding the same? The risk assessment tool sheet is not accessible. Extend date
editI've already finished with the project, but I'm waiting for some invoces. So, I suggest a new end date to April 30, 2021.BamLifa (talk) 16:14, 25 April 2021 (UTC)
