Hello Aristidek5maya, thank you for this submission. While I think this is a great idea to engage the journalism community I would like to encourage you to think about working on a different Wikimedia project (than Wikinews) that is more frequently edited and visited. Given our limited resources in our program we have to prioritize which projects we fund so unfortunately, we're unable to fund this request.
