Hi Aliyu shaba, thanks for submitting this Rapid Grant request. Here are my comments and questions:

• The Risk Assessment document you shared with us is the same as the one you provided for your events in March and May. Please make a copy of it and complete the form with your current project information.
• Could you please provide more details about the articles you plan to translate? What is the main topic? Do you have any suggested list of articles? How do you plan to track participants’ contributions?
• We now require all grantees to announce their projects and receive the Wikimedia community feedback in advance. Could you please announce this project and grant on the relevant community pages on the target wikis? Community notification may be most appropriate on a village pump, talk page, or mailing list. Please paste a link into the proposal page to where the relevant communities have been notified of this proposal, and to any other relevant community discussions.

Budget:

• Event space - this cost is too high; please reduce it by half.
• Pre-event meetings - what kind of pre-meeting activities do you plan to organize. What kind of costs will this expense item cover?
