Hello @Grzegorz Kopaczewski (WMPL)

Thank you for your commitment to advancing Movement Strategy. Following reviews the feedback below is shared for the team. Please provide responses to this feedback and the questions raised, following which a final decision will be shared with the team.

Overall, it is great to see the progress made in initial phase of this project. The current project plan reflects a strategic strategic processes towards addressing the crucial need for support and development opportunities for Wikipedia administrators, particularly in combating disinformation and navigating technical challenges. It is equally commendable that the team is deliberate about collaborative partnerships with CEE Hub and Volunteer Supporters Network. Reviewers appreciate the details of a well-structured series of offline and online activities, showing both feasibility and potential impact.

For the specific challenge this project intends to continue to address, a few questions are important to consider:

  • How does the team intend to design the workshops and activities to address the specific needs identified by administrators, such as combating disinformation, navigating technical issues, and integrating AI tools. Specifically, what strategies will you use to ensure active participation and engagement of administrators in online meetings, workshops, and training sessions?
  • How will you measure the effectiveness of the project in addressing the identified challenges and meeting the needs of administrators? Consider incorporating feedback mechanisms, surveys, and qualitative assessments to evaluate impact and gather insights for continuous improvement.

Hello @YPam (WMF)
Thank you for your feedback. Yes, these are crucial questions to ask. We will consider them deeply, but for the start:
First, we would like to engage administrators on the very firsts steps, designing the workshops and activities including. We would like them to feel as co-owners of the project on every step. We're in close contact to some of them, and we made sure they want to help. So we'll start the project asap, not to lose the readiness and the need to engagement of this group.
We'll talk together their needs again, prioritize them, and recommend professionals able to run the workshops. Choosing right experts is very important. The quality of the workshops and the level of professionalism of the expert is the key factor to attract administrators and to run the whole project successfully.
We'll use communication channels to be in instant contact with admins. We'll use surveys, and we'll gather statistics before, during and after the project.
