Ineligible for funding

Dear MrTallBoy, thanks for submitting this grant request. Unfortunately, we are not able to move forward with it because it is ineligible for funding in terms of the Rapid Fund program. This grant request has strong connection to Wikimedia Community User Group Rwanda. It means that the project should be funded in terms of the ongoing General Support Fund of Wikimedia Community User Group Rwanda. We have communicated this decision to you and the Wikimedia Community User Group Rwanda leadership.
