Hello Alhassan Mohammed Awal, thank you for your submission of a grant application for A pilot project to translate WikiLearn Courses from English to Dagbani. After reviewing your application, we have decided to not fund your Rapid Fund request. Here is the main reason for our decision:

• This proposal is connected to Dagbani Wikimedians User Group's activities and its leadership. Dagbani Wikimedians User Group receives a General Support Fund. Per the Rapid Fund eligibility criteria, General Support Fund recipient organizations and their leadership are not eligible for funding in the Rapid Fund program. If the described project is a priority for Dagbani Wikimedians User Group, it should be incorporated into UG's annual plan and submitted as part of the General Support Fund proposal.
