Hello OTim75, thank you for applying for a Rapid Grant. After reviewing your application, we have decided not to fund this project at this time as this project is a duplication of other efforts. We recommend that the project team should consider applying for a grant through the Wikimedia Nigeria community support fund, for the support needed to achieve the desired impact.
