Hi Olabisi11, thank you for submitting your grant application. After reviewing your grant proposal, we have some questions to learn more about the project and planned activities.

• We think that you have not accounted for risks related to this project. We think that training 100 people in 2 events entails several technical risks. We will be funding 1,563 USD for this project to run a series of events for 50 participants. Please adjust the budget and metrics accordingly.
• We recognize that the applicant has reached out to other active Wikimedians to support during the proposed activities.
• Please edit your responses to questions 6 and 7, and select three options. Make sure to select those that are aligned with your project.
• Please edit your response to question 4 and remove all the campaign names. They are not related to your project.

Please make indicated changes on Fluxx. Please log in to the Grantee Portal and you will see your application in the 'Proposals need attention' section. Please edit and re-submit your application by August 14, 2022. Let us know if you need more time to update the proposal.

Request for extension

Hi DSaroyan (WMF),

I write to request for a change in date for the commencement of the Wikimedia awareness training in Nile University of Nigeria, the earlier proposed start date was 3rd October,2022 but due to the latest academic calendar released my the management of the University (find attached) the date might not be feasible as students will just be resuming for the new academic session. So I am proposing a new date of 24th October,2022. Thank you as I await your response.
