There seems to be a mismatch between the mission here and the strategies to actualize the mission. The focus is on children and it is unclear how ;

• Their rights and safety has been taken into consideration in the thinking and development of the project . This is a critical part of the review.
• If it is for children there is no clear strategy on how they are being involved including through readership and the choice of Wikimedia project.
• Unclear on who is being trained and how it all feeds back to the mission and strategic objectives
