Hello @Michel Bakni thanks for applying for this grant request. We reviewed and approved the grant in the amount of 1380 EUR (1380 USD) with the following questions:

• Request that the project team provides clarity regarding the budget line items related to "Webinar for scientist" and "staff-related expenses". What will these cover specifically?

• Please provide more information about the "Judging team expenses". Which expenses will you cover? Could you please mention the usernames of two jury members?

Here are the answers:

* Request that the project team provides clarity regarding the budget line items related to "Webinar for scientist" and "staff-related expenses". What will these cover specifically?

This is to be removed from the table, it is duplicated I integrated it with the Staff related expenses (=-180$ from the total fund). The idea is that will make a webinar with a scintest to explain the Taxonomay system (How we categorize animals in Arabic, because the current system is in Latin). I will record the webinar and publish it online.

The staff-related expenses is to cover the time spent preparing for the webinar + the webinar itself.

* Please provide more information about the "Judging team expenses". Which expenses will you cover? Could you please mention the usernames of two jury members?

I will pay 200$ for each member of the Jury for their time reviewing the edits and choosing the winner. I will ask user:فيصل and user:احمد ناجي if they are available to do the jury part, if not, user:باسم & user:علاء are possible choices. All admins in Arabic Wikipeida, active in Wikidata & +5 years of experiance in wikimedia projects.
