Changes in budget items

Dear @ABruszik-WMF we would like to request a merge of two items Administration and fees and Merchendize and their budgets in one. Also to add a description of "bank and exchange rate differences". The reason for the request is the difference in the dollar exchange rate compared to the day the proposal was submitted. We already have a loss of ~70 dollars. With this changes, we are introducing this cost into the budget and finding a way to neutralize it. MikyM (talk) 04:52, 20 August 2024 (UTC)
