Dear ReoMartins, thanks for submitting your Rapid Fund request. We appreciate your interest in contributing to the mission of the Wikimedia Movement. After a thorough review of your application, we have decided to not fund your Rapid Fund request. Here are the main concerns behind our decision.

• The alignment between the requested budget and impact is low.
• We think that this project is overlapping with other Wiki Loves Earth contests run by local affiliates. We will not support overlapping contest projects which are already supported by affiliates.
• We think that there are concerns regarding the quality of proposed contributions. Additionally, we think that the applicant does not have sufficient amount of recent contributions to the target Wikimedia project.
• The project need and the knowledge gap it addresses are unclear.
