Comments from the MEA regional funds committee and staff

Dear Akouete, thank you again for submitting your grant application. We recognize that the knowledge from Togo is underrepresented on Wikimedia projects and we would be glad to support this project. However, we have some questions that need to be addressed before we can move forward.

• Please update the project start and end dates (question N & O). The earliest start date for Rapid Fund projects in this cycle is 11 July.
• Could you please provide more details about your team and team members' responsibilities? Please add these details to question 5.
• Please respond to question 15 and describe what you hope to learn from this project.
• Do you have any active members from your last project which will be participating or taking leading positions in this project? Please add your response to question 9.
• You run a series of events but the number of participants mentioned is 10. Is this the number for all events? Could you please encourage more participation and involve more participants in different photowalks and other events?
• How would you encourage participation in the campaign aside from organizing photowalks? Update question 9.
• As requested in question 11, please notify your community members in advance and add relevant links to your response. Could you tell us why the community members did not endorse your project? Were they not informed?
• You mentioned, you would add quality images of Togo's natural heritage, then improve or create articles with these images. How many articles do you intend to create or improve with these images? Please add this number to questions 17.
• You also mentioned, you would edit wikispecies. Could you please give us more details? Update question 3.
• As you mentioned in the proposal, do you think you will be able to add 400 different, unrepeated, quality images of Togo's natural heritage at the end of the project? Update question 3.
