Hi Itzedubaba, thank you for submitting your grant application. We have reviewed the application and we think that the application is incomplete. However, given the importance of the topic, we will be able to move forward with it if the following requests are considered:

• Project and its budget should be revised and adjusted for 20 participants maximum.
  • Please include rentals computers and projectors only for those who need them.
  • Customized T-shirts should be offered only to organizers and top editors.
  • There is an additional 200 USD in the budget (row 16) which should be removed.
  • Other adjustments should be made to the budget given the project's reduced scope.
• A more detailed activity plan should be added and adjusted for 20 participants.
  • Please update your response to question 3, so that it's clear why you plan to organize 3 editatons and what you will do each day.
  • It should be also clear why accommodation for facilitators is requested.
  • It's unclear how the organizers will follow up with the participants. Please add more details to question 9.
  • While the team is described, the roles of team members are unclear. Please update question 5.

Thank you davit we've made the requested changes on the flux and resumitted and also we have made some changes on the budgets for 20 participants as you suggested

We are continuously strengthening our grants review process, ensuring that grant funding is being invested towards impactful projects and efforts geared towards contributing to the mission of Wikimedia Movement in the most efficient and effective manner.

After a thorough review of your application, we have decided to not fund your Rapid Fund request. Here are the main reasons for our decision:

• While some of the proposed recommendations are addressed, we think that the proposal is still generally incomplete and the proposed budget is not aligned with the impact.
