Hi Favourdare123, thank you for submitting your grant application. After reviewing your grant proposal, we have some questions to learn more about the project and planned activities.

• Please provide a more detailed budget where the number of units and the details of each expense are clear.
• Project timeline should cover all dates where expenses are made. Please increase the project duration to involve 4 months of coordination as well.
• Project coordination expenses are unclear. You mentioned 800 USD in the budget but 1000 USD in the footnote. Please fix this discrepancy.
• How many communities do you expect to support in this global campaign? Can you add it as an open metric?
• How many communities will participate in this campaign this year?
• Since there are paid roles, please add more details about them in question 5.
  • Add the tentative list of responsibilities for the role.
  • Add the need for having 2 paid roles.
  • Provide more details about how you will share the responsibilities.

Recommendation for funding

Dear Favourdare123, thanks again for submitting this Rapid Fund request and making the required adjustments.

• If I understood correctly, the paid roles are not directly connected to your grant application. You coordinated with two of international organizers and included their compensation expenses in your grant application to avoid applying for two different grants.
• We require that a Rapid Fund request is for a distinct project. I think that in this case, your grant covers two different projects: WikiVibrance campaign in Nigeria and WikiVibrance International Campaign.
• We require that paid roles have well-structured job descriptions. While you have provided some tasks related to these roles, I still think that the list of responsibilities is incomplete.

However, I recognize the importance of this project. I also acknowledge the delay caused due to lots of back and forth. I'll make an exception this time and recommend the grant for funding. But I request that you and the international team consider these requirements for any future grants. Please feel free to share this recommendation with them.
