Hi Anasskoko, thank you for submitting your grant application. After reviewing your grant proposal, we have some questions to learn more about the project and planned activities.

• Please update the grant start date. The earliest start date for projects in the July-August Rapid Fund cycle is August 28, 2022.
• Please add expected impact to Wikimedia projects to question 17.
• We think that the proposed budget is not aligned with the overall impact and proposed activities. We recommend this project for partial funding for 3,000 USD. Please adjust the budget accordingly.
• It's unclear how you have reached out to relevant communities and informed them about this project. As described in question 11, you are required to reach out and inform all relevant target communities.
• You mentioned that the project focus will be "Photography and Audio". However, it's not clear what specific content you plan to edit in terms of this campaign on Wikimedia Commons? Please bring a few examples and highlight the significance of the content for Wikimedia projects. Add these details to question 3.

Please make indicated changes on Fluxx. Please log in to the Grantee Portal and you will see your application in the 'Proposals need attention' section. Please edit and re-submit your application by August 14, 2022.

Hello DSaroyan (WMF), thank you for taking time to review our grant application. After reviewing your question on the grant proposal, below are the answers to all of your questions accordingly on the project, impact, budget, time and planned activities.

• Grant start date updated to 1/9/2022 - 30/10/2022.
• Expected impact to Wikimedia projects to question 17 updated as requested.
• Proposed budget to 3,000 USD was not adjusted due the following reasons; We currently start working on the project, and we have shared some videos which we produced with the lead organizers so far, so we have additional expenses because we making a qualitative video production covering the organizers speaking on The WikiVibrance program and youth participation, also the two selected youth and the event will as well covered as planned, to boost the activities of youth participation and The WikiVibrance program, you can see the sample of the videos we have produced and the fliers below.

• Relevant communities have been reached out (Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, Commons Wikimedia and NCPUG Community).
• "Photography and Audio" - okay for photography the specific target will be on Youth's Life and the audio files will be on Words associated with Youth from birth to adolescent age to be used in articles and Wikitionary related to youth. details added to question 3.
