Hello Cmwaura, thank you for applying for the rapid fund grant. We reviewed and have decided to not fund this application as the username on this application is not currently eligible for funding due to existing blocks on Wikimedia projects. You may apply for a grant in future after all issues are resolved and if the block is lifted.
