Hello @Major Lyte thank you for applying for the rapid fund grant. We reviewed your application and after a careful consideration, have decided to not fund this application at this time for the following reasons:

• One of the coordinators of this project is banned from editing on Wikipedia, a violation of the eligibility criteria.
• Considering the limited scope of the project to the Ilorin Fan Club, it appears that this application is best supported through the micro-grants program of the Wikimedia Nigeria User Group.
• Finally, this project budget is high for the location where the project seeks to be implemented.
