Dear captain1044, thanks for submitting your Rapid Fund request. We appreciate your interest in contributing to the mission of the Wikimedia Movement. After a thorough review of your application, we have decided to not fund your Rapid Fund request.

• While the change described in the application is clear, we have concerns regarding your experience on target Wikimedia projects and in leading similar activities. It's also unclear how you are going to cover the lack of experience. In your application your relevant experience should be clearly described. The roles of experienced team members should be clear too.
• We think that the submitted proposal is incomplete. There are contradictions and unclarity in the proposal regarding the details of the activities. We think that the impact to Wikimedia projects provided in the metrics section is low.
• There are mismatches between the described activities, metrics, and budget. The budget does not reflect the investment needed to achieve the proposed goals.
• In the future, please write a detailed grant application that shows impact and the change you want to see; it should not be repetitive and should have well-planned activities and budget that align with your context.
• The support from relevant communities is unclear.
