Hi Alex. While we have done some initial investigation, have talked to the owners of the various photo collections, and have done some budget canvassing, we are not yet ready in the near future to submit a Grant request. I will mark it as withdrawn. We will just redraft it in the future when we are ready to work on it again. —seav (talk) 11:55, 7 June 2015 (UTC)
